  • Restaurant Listings & Search: Restaurants are responsible for providing accurate menu details, pricing, and availability.

  • Food Orders & Delivery: Orders placed through the Platform are processed and fulfilled by the respective restaurants and delivery services. AfroEat Hub is not responsible for any issues related to order fulfillment, quality, or delivery.

  • Payment: Payments for orders are made through the Platform using secure payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You agree to pay all fees associated with your orders.

4. User Content

  • Sharing Content: By sharing recipes, reviews, or other content, you grant AfroEat Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for the purposes of operating the Platform.

  • Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you share. Content must comply with the Platform’s Content Guidelines and applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property
